Use the airport’s long-distance station; check connections and onward transport to your hotel.
Day 2. Keep the two museums connected without losing the afternoon to transfers. Allow roughly 30–40 minutes for the drive.
Heidelberg → Speyer; Sinsheim → Heidelberg; Heidelberg → Wernigerode; Wernigerode → Berlin. Check schedules and booking availability for the year you travel.
